Objective Support Portal

To log an Objective Support Incident (OSI) with us, you can either raise it using the Raise a Support Ticket menu in the Portal, or simply send an email to 3sixty.support@objective.com.

Please be aware that only the OSI owner (Mail To in the email) can reply via email. If you are copied (CC) in the email, then you can only update the OSI via the portal.
